We are happy to accept any returned items if they are unworn, returned in the original bag and still have all hang tags attached. Any return must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns at this time.
If you wish to return an item from your order, before sending it back please first contact our customer service at email@example.com and advise which item/s you are returning.
Once our customer service team has received your email return request, please send it back to us ensuring your name, order number and the p-number/s of item/s you are returning are all included on a note within the package. You can find the p-number of your items on the invoice that you received with your order.

A typical refund will take 21 days for returns to be processed and refunds to reach your bank account, but it can take up to 30 days during busier times. If after 30 days you have still not received your refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can also process refunds into store credit, which will be given to you via email in a form of a code. Please note store credit processing is quicker and can take up to 1-2 days.
We do not offer free returns for orders placed outside of the UK. If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return your items to the address below within 30 days (for international orders) ensuring your name, order number and the p-number/s of item/s you are returning are all included on a note within the package. We aim to process any returns ASAP. You should receive an email letting you know we've received your return, however, please allow up to 30 days before getting in contact with us. If you have not received a full refund within 30 days of returning your item then email email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. The original purchase will be refunded within 30 days.

Our standard delivery option to the UK usually takes 2-5 working days from the order being shipped but can take up to 7 working days during busy times. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days then get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details.
